What/Who Is Eligible For Return?

You must be located in India. The Returns are not available for any locations outside India

Requests made within 24 hours of delivery of the product may be considered as eligible for return if the product meets the return requirement standards.

Products that are as per the image and description mentioned in the product page will not qualify for returns.

If products are not as per the described and displayed product, only then they will be elligible for returns.

The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.

Any garment sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn or unwashed. Garments that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Any footwear sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unused. Thus footwear worn for trial purposes must be done on a carpeted surface. Footwear with worn soles will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Products purchased with offered discounts or sale are not applicable for returns.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, POOJAZAVERI reserves a right to reject any request for return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.

Customized or special delivery orders cannot be returned/exchanged.
How Are Returns Processed?

To return a product, please write to us at info@poojazaveri.com within 24 hours of delivery of the product to your shipping address.

We will have the courier picked within 5-7 days from your shipping address provided.

Once it reaches to us, the quality control department will audit the product to check if it is validated for returns.

If yes, then a store credit will be credited to you on your registered username or email address in the My account Page on the website for the purchasing amount. This store credit stays valid for lifetime.

If not validated for return, then the product is shipped back to the shipping address provided during the time of purchase.

We do not offer refund. The store credit will be given as soon as your return is validated and you will be notified for the same via email
Fitting Issues

Products are made in the size selected by the customer and a reference size chart is always provided for each product.

Our quality control team thoroughly checks the product for sizing, detailing, product specifications provided as mentioned, product customization as per customer notes, etc. Only once the quality control team gives a go ahead for the product, the product gets dispatched to the customer.

There is almost no chance of product not meeting the requirements as mentioned on the product page after the quality control approval. However, if the product still has sizing or fitting issues, then, kindly notify us on info@poojazaveri.com

Our team will do their best to assist you with your sizing issues. For any major alteration, we will have the outfit picked from you.
